JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
  • Connect with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to provide introductions to products and services, and to address customer questions and needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, formulate corresponding sales strategies and plans, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Assist in developing sales budgets and plans, monitor sales progress and provide regular reports.
  • Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support teams, to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, marketing or related majors.
  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably those with experience in the 3D printing industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English(preferably speaks Chinese),with the ability to build good relationships with a variety of clients.
  • Proven success in a sales development or lead generation role. Including experience in cold outreaches (i.e., cold calling/cold emailing).
  • Strong self-motivation and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure and achieve sales goals, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent market analysis skills and business insights, able to formulate effective sales strategies.

 

Salary:
