El diseño de la fuente de luz, el tiempo de exposición y otros parámetros de impresión de diferentes marcas de impresoras LCD 3D son diferentes. La relación de composición de resina de SUNLU diseñada para el fotón es especial, es la más consistente con el parámetro de impresión de fotones de resina.
Cómo utilizar:
1. Requisitos ambientales: temperatura ambiente de 20 a 30 °C, no imprima cerca de ventanas ni en otros entornos expuestos a la luz ultravioleta e intente aislar a los niños y las mujeres embarazadas..
2. Agite bien la resina antes de usarla para evitar que los componentes se asienten.
3. Use guantes de nitrilo y una máscara protectora cuando use la resina y mantenga la habitación ventilada.
4. Los residuos en la superficie de las piezas de resina impresa se pueden lavar con alcohol a una concentración del 95 % o más, y se recomienda que el proceso de limpieza no dure más de 1 minuto.
5. Los poros y otros detalles del alcohol no son fáciles de limpiar en el lugar, se pueden usar jeringas ultrasónicas o llenas de alcohol y otras herramientas auxiliares para limpiar, y el alcohol no se debe limpiar demasiadas veces para garantizar la pureza del alcohol, el la concentración del modelo de limpieza de alcohol impuro conducirá al blanqueamiento y lavará el fenómeno de la suciedad. Tiempo de limpieza específico, hasta que la superficie de las piezas de resina no tenga una sensación pegajosa, no prevalecerá la resina residual en los poros del efecto.
6. Drene o seque el alcohol residual después de la limpieza y colóquelo bajo luz ultravioleta o luz solar, e irradie todas las partes del modelo de manera uniforme hasta que la superficie de las partes de resina se sienta lo suficientemente seca y dura.
7. Use desinfectante para manos o líquido para lavar platos para eliminar cualquier residuo de resina de la piel, pero trate de no tocar los residuos de resina lavada con alcohol con las manos.
8. Si accidentalmente la resina entra en contacto con los ojos o la boca, lávelos inmediatamente con abundante agua y consulte a un médico si no se siente bien.

Resin Usage and Safety Guidelines
Before Use
1. Shake Gently and Fill Appropriately: Shake the resin gently before use. Fill the resin tank to only 30% to 40% of its volume. Avoid overfilling.
2. Test Printing: Different resins have varying curing parameters. For the initial print, choose a smaller model to test and avoid wasting resin due to incorrect settings.
3. Adjust for Conditions: Curing speed depends on indoor temperature, layer thickness, and color. Make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
4. Cleaning Resin: Use SUNLU Resin Detergent or alcohol for cleaning. Remove residual resin using an ultrasonic cleaner to preserve print details. Dry completely with a blow dryer.
While Using
1. Temperature Range: Optimal printing temperature is between 18-35℃. If it's too cold, preheat the resin (do not exceed 60℃).
2. Light Intensity and Duration: Use a mercury lamp or LED light source with an intensity of 5-10mW/㎡. Limit exposure to 1 hour and adjust if needed.
3. Avoid Strong Light: Keep away from high-power, high-voltage mercury lamps or other strong light sources to prevent adverse effects.
4. Light Sensitivity: Print in a darkroom or cover the printer, as the resin is sensitive to light.
5. Safety Precautions: Keep away from children and wear rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, and mouth. In case of exposure, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if discomfort occurs.
After Use
1. Resin Storage: Do not return unused resin to the container. Do not leave resin in the tank for extended periods. Store used resin in a black plastic container, sealed and away from light.
2. Disposal: Dispose of contaminated or expired resin according to national regulations.
Proper Storage
1. Keep Out of Reach of Children: Ensure resin is stored in a location inaccessible to children.
2. Avoid Sunlight and Heat: Do not store resin in areas exposed to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or humidity.
3. Sealed Storage: Store resin in a sealed container to prevent dust or moisture from affecting print quality.
